The APEX Accelerators program, formerly known as Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP), under management of the Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP), provides the education and training to ensure that all businesses become capable of participating in federal, state, and local government contracts.
Counseling
APEX Accelerator offers specialized services such as; navigating government databases, providing guidance on socio-economic certifications, answering contract management questions, and marketing to the government. Counseling is free of charge to Virginia based businesses in our service area who meet the qualifications for assistance.

Bid Match Service
Virginia PTAC’s Bid Match Service (BMS) locates federal, state, local, and foreign bid opportunities using keywords and key-phrases that describe your company’s products or services. Matching bids are sent via webmail daily to one or more email addresses you designate.
