Our mission at Mason Enterprise is to create a high functioning, inclusive ecosystem for entrepreneurs where Mason plays a leading role as a connector and operator. Through this work, we leverage the university’s assets to deliver knowledge-based interventions that increase Mason Enterprise’s value to the university, the commonwealth, and our public and private partners.
Virginia Small Business Development Center (Virginia SBDC)
Virginia SBDC provides no-cost, individualized advising and training on a variety of essential business topics from business basics to accounting and bookkeeping.
APEX Accelerators
Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), an APEX Accelerator, offers workshops run by federal agencies and large contractors to help small businesses successfully obtain government contracts.
Community Business Partnership
This nonprofit organization focuses on helping startups and small businesses get access to capital, development assistance, and other support necessary to grow successful companies.
Women’s Business Center (WBC)
WBC offers free and low-cost workshops, training programs, and one-to-one technical assistance counseling to women and clients from underserved communities.
